From 2011 to 2023, Dr Noller led hemp research for the State of Oregon and has co-authored legislative bills and administrative rules for Oregon and Washington's hemp industries. He has also advised several countries on hemp policies and has developed collaborative research agreements and partnerships focussed on hemp at over 20 institutions worldwide.
