Upgrade everyday cooking with the AMZCHEF EM10C01 built-in electric oven. Its spacious 77-liter capacity provides room for baked goods, casseroles, family meals, pizzas, roasted vegetables, poultry and large cuts of meat.

8 Versatile Cooking Functions
Choose from Air Fry, Bottom Heating, Top and Bottom Heating, Top and Bottom Air Heating, Bottom Air Heating, Broil, Broil with Rotisserie and Defrost. Traditional and fan-assisted convection modes provide flexible options for baking, roasting, crisping, browning and reheating.

Air Fry and Convection Cooking
Air Fry mode circulates hot air to create crisp textures with little to no added oil. Fan-assisted convection distributes heat throughout the oven cavity for even cooking and consistent browning across a variety of recipes.

Adjustable Time and Temperature
Select temperatures from 120°F to 480°F for most cooking modes and set the timer from 1 minute to 10 hours. The dedicated Defrost function operates at a preset temperature of 85°F for gently thawing frozen foods.

Convenient Digital Controls
The control panel features separate time and temperature displays, function selection, preheat, start and pause controls, an interior oven light and a child lock. The preset finish-time function can be programmed up to 24 hours ahead to support meal planning.

Rotisserie Function
Use the included rotisserie system with the Broil and Rotisserie mode to rotate poultry, roasts and large cuts while cooking for even browning around the food.

Included Accessories
The oven includes a wire rack, baking tray, air-fry basket and rotisserie kit for baking, roasting, broiling, air frying and rotisserie cooking.
