Da clases en empresas, colegios profesionales y escuelas de negocio por toda España. Precisamente por pasar tantas horas mostrando lo que estas herramientas pueden hacer, empezó a observar lo que también nos quitan. Este libro nació de esa incomodidad: la del profesor que una noche se descubrió pidiéndole al móvil la ruta a su propia casa. Vive en Barcelona, donde intenta practicar lo que predica: pensar antes de delegar, decidir antes de automatizar, y no confundir velocidad con criterio.
