After my brother's doctor recommended Dymatize ISO100 following stomach stapling surgery, I expected it to be a safe, high-quality protein source that would be easy to tolerate and digest. I decided to try it myself as a supplement after gym for one month, and my experience was very positive. It mixed well, tasted good, went down easily, and gave me a good energy boost as part of my exercise and diet routine. Most importantly, I did not experience any side effects, and my blood chemistry tests showed no changes after using it. As a health-conscious man who exercises regularly, I found ISO100 to be a reliable protein supplement for daily fitness support. The only downside is the high price in Egypt, which makes the cost per serving almost double compared with the USA. Overall, it is an excellent product, but the local price makes it less affordable for regular long-term use.

I've been buying ISO 100 gourmet chocolate for 10 years. This last 5 gallon jug does NOT taste the same. I. The mornings I add a scoop to my Siggis Greek yogurt. When I mixed it this morning it didn't mix the way it normally does and was very thick like a cake batter or brownie batter. It also was very hard to swallow. Sadly I will not buy this brand anymore.

This is my go to breakfast after training. It is the best tasting protein powder I have come across, by far.

Nothing is great first time i ordered it was good but next time total sugar snd nothing else Colour, taste and look was completely different For same flavour product Its a scam product

I use it daily for protein and amino acids. I do find it much too sweet . Overall a good product and would purchase it again. Would like more regular flavors than all the cereal ones.

I've been using the gourmet chocolate flavor for a while now, and it is definitely my favorite protein powder that I've used. It tastes pretty good and I don't really notice the protein taste when mixing it in my protein shakes. Highly recommend

I've had bariatric surgery, and I find it difficult to consume enough protein to meet my daily intake and gain muscle mass. I'm lactose intolerant, so I used to take vegan protein and meat-based protein, but I decided to give this protein a chance since the flavors of the ones I mentioned before weren't good and were hard to mix. I was pleasantly surprised; this protein has given me zero digestive issues, it mixes very quickly, and the taste is light and delicious. I will continue using this brand and trying different flavors.

I ordered this first time based on the reviews and advice from my trainer but it tastes extreme sweet for 1gm of sugar. Though it is light and easy to digest, I am not liking the product for its sweetness. What according to you is reason for this if it only has 1gm of sugar mentioned?

Worst product received. We sent out email that it's a fake product. But they are telling its original. But I am using this from many years. This is very different from before. This is my 4th tub in 3 months. Won't I know how the product taste? Why are you hiding the fault that you have caused.

Hi, I bought gourmet chocolate flavor from a pharmacy and there are very small Black dots in the powder can anyone say is this common and safe to use.

Really miss the rich chocolate flavor. My two boys loved it. The gourmet chocolate flavor is different and they don't touch it anymore. Bring back the rich chocolate please!

I would recommend this product for source of pure Protein and boosting energy for strength training.

This is my favorite protein powder i've tried so far. Tastes so yummy i usually mix it with a bit of milk and a bit of water and it tastes great. I tried the vanilla one from this brand also but i still like the chocolate one a lot more

The taste is mid… scale of 1-10 it will be a 4 not a good rich choccy taste like it's too strong for me…

I substitute my lunch with a chocolate milkshake. I add a cup of milk a banana and a hand full of ice to thicken my shake up. I look forward to a delicious noon meal with needed protein.

One of the best Protein Powders out there, I tried most flavors and loved them all except for the strawberry, i normally have it in water/milk or mix it with oats and in any way i make it still delicious. I have a sweet tooth and i wanted something sweet and effective - less carbs and Dymatize was the answer. Highly recommending this to friends.
