I do not like most forms of exercise and was looking for something different that I might actually enjoy. These slides are definitely not easy, but are a lot more fun and interesting than a lot of traditional exercise modalities. I can only complete a few reps because I am not in shape, but I enjoy the slides enough that I look forward to using them, which is half the battle for me. These are good for beginners and come with a manual of different exercises and instructions on how to perform them properly. They are also great for a more advanced work-out and the manual includes the more challenging exercises too. I am very pleased with this purchase, especially for such a reasonable price!

So I am currently using these for 80 day obsession. So I am using them 4-5 days a week. I workout on hard concrete so the booties really help, and i the width of these sliders are great as well. I definitely would recommend these, I've had a couple of sliders(valslides,random no name ones) and these are the best. However the only thing is my floor is slightly industrial and now my booties are tearing so I need some replacement booties ,so I hope the start offering the booties separately .
