Item Opened - TWICE

Can’t say anything about the product but disappointed in iHerb, the third party shipper. Arrived already opened not once but twice. Two seals applied, both cut through. And repackaged?? Can’t confirm authenticity of the item and won’t be using on my face. Returning asap.
