Great Beef Alternative
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used Impossible beef for my vegan tortellini, and it turned out great! The texture was similar to ground beef and it cooked the same way, browning nicely in the pan. It picked up the flavors of the sauce well, and you honestly wouldn’t notice it’s plant-based once everything is mixed together. It made the meal filling and satisfying without the extra grease you sometimes get from regular beef. I’d definitely use it again for pasta dishes or anything with a flavorful sauce.

Surprisingly not bad!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was skeptical about trying this Impossible Beef Meat but surprisingly it’s not bad! I decided to use it for a baked ziti and you couldn’t tell it was made from plants. The 12 oz pack made enough for a whole pot of ziti.

Tasty and Juicy Plant-Based Patties
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the Impossible plant-based patties and was pleasantly surprised! When cooking, they looked and sizzled just like real beef, and the texture came out juicy and satisfying. The flavor is hearty and works perfectly for burgers or other creative dishes. I used them in a fun meal with fries, guacamole, and toppings, and they held up great. Even non-vegetarians in my family enjoyed them. The only small downside is that they’re a bit oily when cooking, so I recommend using a non-stick pan and letting some of the oil drain. Overall, a tasty and versatile plant-based option that makes it easy to enjoy a “meaty” meal without the meat.

Give it a try!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this to make some tacos and it actually came out pretty good. I was kind of scared going in as this was my first time trying impossible meat. But I must say, it actually was a great meat alternative and didn’t have any issues. I would recommend giving it a try. My family didn’t even notice the difference.

Basically the same as beef but not!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently had the opportunity to try the Impossible Meat beef, and it was an interesting experience. The product came in a square-shaped package, much like a pre-made hamburger patty you'd find at a fast-food restaurant like Wendy's. Inside, the meat itself is made from processed plants and, while it's designed to mimic ground beef, it has a texture that is much smoother, almost like a paté. For my first time using it, I incorporated the Impossible Meat into a Hamburger Helper tomato basil meal kit. The taste was surprisingly similar to beef, which was a nice surprise, but I did notice it browned up more like ground chicken. There's also a subtle sweetness to the meat. Since I added a generous amount of Italian seasoning to the dish, it was a bit difficult to discern the standalone flavor, but the overall taste of the finished meal was quite good. In conclusion, I'd recommend Impossible Meat if you're looking to reduce your meat consumption a few times a week for ethical or vegetarian reasons. It's a solid alternative that holds up well in a meal like Hamburger Helper.

Why this kinda good
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve never tried impossible before because I am a meat eater, but this is pretty good. When I opened the package, it definitely smelled like beef. Cooked, the texture feels like… a beef breakfast patty from like a diner. The part touching the pan kinda melds together instead of staying lumpy like ground beef. Unsure if that’s because of how I flattened it on the pan. I don’t hate it. Tastes umami and like meat… but not exactly the same as fresh ground beef. Again, I don’t hate it. All in all, I would buy this again.

Tasty
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn’t sure if I would like this because I usually eat the real thing. I made tacos out of it and it was so delicious without that heavy feeling and all the extra grease and fat. Tons of healthy protein. I would definitely purchase again and I love this healthy alternative

tastes just like real beef
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my first time trying impossible beef and I must say I was impressed! I didn’t think I would like it as much as I did. It has the taste and texture of real beef. You feel like you’re just eating the meat itself. My mom and I used it to make some Armenian style hamburgers and they were just delicious. I think they nailed it with this one.

Very tasty and good
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Impossible Ground Beef is a tasty plant-based alternative that cooks and tastes remarkably like real beef. The texture is satisfying, and the flavor is good. I like using it on tacos, as a burger, or in my pasta. I love that I can enjoy a meatless dish without sacrificing taste.

A good meat substitute
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn’t expecting much from a meat substitute but I was pleasantly surprised by the taste. Easy to cook and prepare. The texture takes a minute to get used to but was not unpleasant.

Good product if you’re not sensitive to soy.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These burgers taste pretty good, and the texture isn’t very crumbly like some brands are. The only downside for me is that i have. a mild allergy to soy products and i didn’t like that it came in plastic packaging. i did think that they were fairly easy to cook and my family enjoyed them.

Incredibly flavorful
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Even the looks and smells could fool my father in law! It is very delicious and amazing. If it wasn't soy based, I'd make it a regular product in my home!

Great Vegan Alternative
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this to make a hamburger, and it turned out really good. The taste was close to real beef, and the texture was similar too. It's a great vegan alternative. The portion size is good for the price, and it cooks well from burgers to tacos.

Great for soups/stews, not for burgers...
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has a different smell when you cook it, I can't explain it. I def wouldn't make burgers w it, but it went great in chili. Kind of tasted like the meat in canned chili. The flavor is okay on it's own, but I think I'll only use it in stuff that has a sauce or soups and stews. Be sure you use oil when frying it, as there is no fat to keep it from sticking. I gave it a 3 bc it's limited (IMO) as far as uses I'd consider.
