Absolutely Awful
Idk what the crust was but 1. It wouldn’t get crispy at all and 2. Has the nastiest flavor I’ve ever had in a frozen pizza. I threw the whole thing away and I never ever waste food. Sauce was gross too.

Do not buy
I never write reviews, but I had to write this one. This is the worst frozen pizza I have ever ate. Not only is it bland and tasteless, it gave me diarrhea. There was a LOT of oil on the pizza. The oil penetrated my paper plate and into a stack of napkins underneath.

I read other bad reviews and got it anyway to form my own opinion.. I should’ve listened to the bad reviews. This is gross. The crust is so soft, even after following the air fryer cooking method AND putting it in a toaster oven after to try to crisp up the bottom more. Cooked it for nearly 20 minutes (putting foil on the cheese to not burn it) and the bottom was still floppy. What is wrong with this crust?! Is it edible? Yes. Is it enjoyable? Absolutely not. I wouldn’t waste your money.

this product was expired but target wouldn't let me return it. I'm an excellent customer and order often. sometimes 3 times a week. I canceled my membership because the last few times I've had an issue with a product I haven't been allowed to return it. as much money as I spend at Target, I'm not trying to get a $4.99 refund. I'm very disappointed. I also my big ticket items that are shipped to me from Target. I will no longer be using Target for big ticket items as well. shame on you Trarget.

I’m going to take three minutes out of my day to write this review and warn others. This “pizza” is depressingly disgusting. Rubbery, tasteless cheese, fake tasting tomato sauce, and a spongey crust that feels like eating a non-food item. Sits like a lump in your stomach. This is one of those rare food items where I would rather go to bed hungry than finish it. And I am not picky at all. Forgot to mention: you are supposed to heat the pizza inside the half opened box, but the box emits a pungent, chemical smell. I don’t understand how they could botch this so badly.

This was so tasteless I prepped for eating my 2nd one by loading it up with red flakes and italian seasoning. 3 stars with my flavoring. I know we're going for high protein and 360 calories here, but I think if they added some herbs or something it would be better and not affect the calories. Crust doesn't crisp either.

I am happy to see a high protein, high fiber pizza option. However, the sodium content is too high! The red sauce is too much! I followed the air fryer directions, but the cauliflower crust pizza didn't get at all crispy. I don't think I will buy this again.

Disappointing
It was soggy after using the Microwave instructions so added some time in the toaster over. It had an odd texture for pizza...too soft and spongy. The cheese was weird (fat free maybe?). Not much flavor. I kept adding salt but still couldn't bring myself to eat more than half. I would rather go hungry than choke this down.

Overall pretty good. I prepared it via air fryer but I had the take up temp up higher above the recommended 300 degrees to get the cheese to melt. Crust was crispy, but you can tell it’s a high protein crust. I ended up adding seasoning on top to give it more flavor. For a quick meal option, it’s a blank canvas if you want to modify it.
