    I stopped taking supplements over

    I stopped taking supplements over 25 years ago since you never know what was in them and unsubstantiated claims, plus the cost was ridiculous. After talking with many friends in the medical field, and turning 70, I decided to start taking them again as the body does not absorb nutrients as well as when it was younger. I did some research and liked the fact that "supposedly" they were made from food which they listed on the ingredients label. I have been taking them for 60+ days now. The unfortunate thing about supplements is you really don't notice any difference until several months or longer. So far I have not had any negative affects and I hope I will see some long term affects within a year. But I am in excellent health and am not on any medications. So this is just a preventative measure to ensure good health and fight the signs of aging.
