Terrific Way to get Daily Calcium
I have used Nature's Way calcium citrate for years and recommended it to my friend. The capsules are easy to swallow and do not bother my stomach, so it is a win, win in my book. On top of that I can almost see my fingernails grow. They used to be soft and easily broken before and now they are strong and well-shaped.

The combination of citrate carbonate and malate allows for a gradual absorption of calcium, which I appreciate. Each capsule has a fairly low dose (250mg), allowing me to adjust my calcium intake based on my lab results. I also like that it doesn't contain vitamin D, as I already take a sufficient dose of D3. Overall, it's a great product, and I plan to keep purchasing it.

The best way to consume is always through the food but when you need an alternative way, supplement is the other way. This supplement is capsule-style and easy to swallow. Since it suggests 2 capsules twice daily, I divided them into morning and evening. It doesn't have any taste to it.

I liked how these capsules do not smell bad and contain malate as well. If you are not a fan of big capsules and cannot swallow them, these are not for you. I wish each capsule contained 500mg of calcium rather than 2 capsules equaling that serving. Other than that, I would recommend it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the preferred formulation that both my nutritionist and doctor recommend for calcium. The citrate form is apparently easier for the body to absorb. These don't have much taste as a capsule. The bottle is easy to open as a flip top.

My knee hasn’t been 100% healed , not that this claims to heal anything, but I might feel a slight normalcy in my knee. I will continue to take two of them a day and update if there are any changes. I do love that everything that’s in there is all natural and It doesn’t taste funny.
