Great quality cologne with a designer scent at a bargain store price!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoyed trying the PAPATUI P-07 Luxury Cologne Eau de Parfum - Amber & Cypress. The packaging feels clean and modern, and the bottle has a premium look that stands out right away. The fragrance opens with a fresh, crisp scent before evolving into warm amber and woody notes that create a smooth, masculine finish. I like that its noticeable without being overwhelming, making it suitable for both everyday wear and special occasions.

Well first of all I think this is a very nice fragrance especially at the price point. I already have another frequency in my collection that this reminds me of I just got to find it, I got over 100 bottles already in my collection. Now it's blended very well and even though it does not push hard off my skin people know that it's there. The only concerned I have at this very moment is performance but then I know with some fragrances they have to cook for a while, so I'm thinking after 2 or 3 weeks it's going to become better and if that turns out to be true with this particular one it will be a five Star for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked the new Papatui perfumes. Especially this P07 one is really nice with notes of amber cypress patchouli bergamot and vetiver. The scent profile is nice and can be a versatile wear across a broad spectrum of weather and occasions. It has a sweet woody type dry down that stays for quite a while. It projects over an arm’s length for the first 2-3 hours and then starts to become a skin scent. Overall its a great perfume considering the price point.

It's smooth, a little smoky, and smells expensive without trying too hard. Performance surprised me. I get about 6-7 hours on skin and longer on clothes. Sits close for the first hour then becomes this nice skin scent that people notice when they hug you. I've gotten 3 compliments already - two from coworkers and one from my barista. Bottle feels solid and looks clean on the counter. Not cheap plastic. And for the price vs how it smells, it's honestly kind of dumb not to try it.

I did not like how I am unable to return this item unopened. Customer service at the local target said even if it is not opened I can’t return it. Manager at same store said any open or unopened perfume or cologne are not allowed to be returned per Target policies. I can understand an open one, but one that’s not open at all and still sealed is not able to be returned, most crazy thing I ever heard of. My issue is that I was not happy with the purchase and I never opened it and I was trying to return it and even the customer service line of Target would not allow me to return it either so now I’m just stuck with this $50 bottle unopened cologne that’s never gonna be used and I have my receipt and I still can’t return it. This is not how target should be treating customers. If it’s open, I can understand that, but if it’s sealed and never open, I should be allowed to return this. Not sure if this is a Papatui policy or this is legit target. The product is a good brand, but the fact that I can’t return it is very upsetting. I have nothing bad to say about the product itself. Maybe target will read this and do the right thing because I shouldn’t be stuck with something that I don’t want and is not open
