No smells and feels nice.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to install onto the bed/mattress. It’s feels really nice and not like plastic. Great protection and waterproof material. I did not notice a smell at all. We love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super nice quality. It washed great and I was concerned about putting it on but I put it on a king bed all by myself. I recommend! It was is a nice thick quality and the design was nice. There was no weird oder when I got it out and it smelled great after I washed it. The zipper zipped up nice also!

Great mattress protection
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A mattress is an investment and protecting is is essential. This completely encases the entire mattress with a zip feature. It’s a durable material that’s completely waterproof. Great for spills and reducing allergens. It’s a comfortable polyester material. My only complaint is that it does fit my mattress a little loosely so I have to tuck the extra material under the corners of the bed. Otherwise I love it.

Good Material but Difficult to Put On
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried it out this mattress protector in exchange for my honest review. While I like the look and feel of it, it was a bit difficult to put on. I imagine it would not have been possible to do if I did not have someone else with me to assist with lifting the mattress while I shimmied the six sided mattress protector up the mattress itself. I like that the sort of rubbery or plastic like casing is inside of a much less noisy and more fabric like layer— this part is an improvement over the protector I previously was using. However, I think if an individual has any type of mobility issues than this is not the product for them due to the amount of shoulder power and muscle that was required to get the underside of the protector, fully pulled up to zip this up around the mattress. The fit was OK as you can see in the second picture. There is a decent amount of excess fabric due to the thickness of my mattress. I actually don’t mind this due to the bed being a movable platform so exact fit protectors tend to end there a lot of stress due to the movement, especially if there is body weight on the bed when moving it up/down. Ultimately, I gave it a three star because of the difficulty as someone with pain issues and the pretty oversized fit. I think it’s a great option for people who do not have problems with lifting heavy objects though and seems to be good quality from my use of it so far. The workaround for the excess drape is to tuck it underneath the mattress more before putting your sheets over the top of the casing.

Peace of mind
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I feel good about this product. The fact that it adds a protection to the guest room bed is very important. It’s waterproof and helps keep the allergens down. It doesn’t fit my queen mattress super snug but would be great for a deeper mattress. Our guests noted that the bed is very comfortable to sleep on. I like that it completely covers the top and bottom and zips for added protection.

Waterproof cover
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The AllerZip Mattress Encasement is perfect for protecting your mattress from stains or spills. After washing, there was still some water trapped in some folds of the cover, which is a great sign of the waterproof material. It was difficult to put on alone, so I highly recommend doing it with another person especially if you have a king sized bed like me. The encasement did not fit perfectly on my mattress and had a lot of space that I had to tuck under my mattress to prevent movement. Overall I am happy with the mattress encasing protector

If you wake up with a stuffy noise, this can make a noticeable difference in your sleep quality. The size and coverage is great, easy to install and covers 100% of the mattress. It fits snugly like a fitted sheet and it’s easy to pull off. The material is also great touch. It’s durable and effective , provides peace of mind that your mattress will stay brand new for years!

Cool and Smooth
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Definitely need two people to out this on for a smooth placement! Cooling and light which is great because we get hot a lot in the evenings. Feels very smooth and like that it’s zippered compared to other mattress protectors. Easy to put sheets over the protector as well, we have a king bed and the protector actually had even more room. Great if you have a new mattress or need to upgrade your bed protector!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The protect-a-bed allerzip zippered mattress looks very clean and bright- a nice snow-white color. The material feels smooth with a slightly coated( almost rubberised) surface and it’s made of 100% polyester. It gives a sense of full coverage and protection, especially with the zippered design. In terms of performance, it does its job well-when water was spilled, it didn’t absorb and stayed on the surface, which is exactly what you want from a mattress protector. That definitely adds peace of mind, especially with kids. The only thing i’d note is the fit. It didn’t sit perfectly on my mattress, possibly because mine isn’t very thick, so it felt a bit loose. It seems durable and reliable for protecting against spills and everyday use.

Necessity

The zippered mattress encasement keeps your mattress fresh as the day you purchased it free from dust mites and other possible ickyness and accidental spills. It's soft material and fit my mattress perfectly. I love that it's waterproof since you leaks can hapoen with children or family pets that sleep on the bed and it's extra assurance.

MUST HAVES!!

Great protection for your mattress
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m quite satisfied with this product after using it. The cover fits snugly around the mattress, and the secure zipper closure provides excellent protection against dust and liquids. The material is soft and doesn’t feel sturdy or hot when lying down, it remains breathable and comfortable. One feature I particularly appreciate is that the waterproof layer works effectively without creating any annoying crinkling sounds during sleep. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the allergic Zippered mattress encasement, not only is it very easy to put it on my mattress, I was able to do it myself. Zips well around my king size mattress. I love the peace of mind it offers as now I know any bed bugs or dust mites will be contained within it and not be able to bite or irritate me at night.
