Starbucks by Nespresso Vertuo Line Blonde Espresso Double Shot Light Roast Coffee Pods - 8ct

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I truly am impressed by Starbucks Blonde Espresso Roast-Double Espresso, Nespresso capsules. The blonde roast has a light, slightly sweet flavor, that isn’t overpowering or bitter which makes it perfect for iced coffee drinks. My favorite drink to make using these espresso pods is an iced coffee. I simply brew one of the pods then add it to my cup of ice, add my favorite milk, creamer, and top with a generous amount of cold foam. The result is a creamy, cafe-styled iced latte that looks and tastes like something from a coffee shop. The espresso is rich enough to stand out through the milk and cold foam while still maintaining its smooth, mellow flavor. I also love the convenience of a specialty coffee at home in just a few minutes. These capsules deliver consistent quality every time and have quickly become my favorite. I love how smooth and balanced the flavor is and that there is no bitter aftertaste unlike some of the other espressos I have tried in the past. If you enjoy espresso with a lighter roast profile and want to create delicious iced coffee drinks at home, I highly recommend giving these a try. These capsules make it easy to enjoy a coffeehouse quality drink without having to leave the house. They do not disappoint!

We enjoyed this double espresso after dinner with dessert and it was the perfect compliment to our cake. The aroma while brewing was vibrant and sweet. The flavor was incredibly smooth without harsh roasted bite. The loved that I could drink it black, no milk needed. Bold, balanced, and easy to enjoy on its own. I love the creaminess that the Nespresso produces from the pods and this scratched the itch. The packaging was compact and easy to use. My only complaint is the size of package needed to be bigger to avoid buying more than 1 box per week.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are some days you just want a nice smooth cup of coffee but don’t want to get punched in the mouth with the darker roasts and notes of dark fruits, chocolate, etc. The Starbucks Blonde Double Espresso for Nespresso fits the bill quite nicely. It’s one of the lower intensity espressos (6 on the Nespresso intensity scale) and it works great as a standalone smooth cup of espresso and even in a cold brew coffee. I like mine with whole milk and a splash of flavored creamer and ice. It’s makes a very refreshing drink that pairs well with milk. The pod fits perfectly in my Vertuo machine.

Sometimes I wish that I had more espresso and now I have these wonderful Nespresso pods that really brewed double the amount! The aroma was amazing and the blonde roast flavor was so rich and delicious. The packaging was great, it protected each pod and I never had to be concerned about them being damaged. I loved pairing this with half a cup of 2% milk that I warmed up before brewing these pods directly into my coffee cup! These Nespresso blonde roast double espresso pods are definitely going to be a new part of my morning routine!

The flavor is concentrated but smooth, and it makes a nice layer of foam. The portion size feels just right for a quick espresso. The smell is rich even before brewing. It features slightly sweet notes with absolutely no bitterness, making it perfect for drinking on its own or with milk. In my case, I used it to make lattes, and they turned out delicious I also apreciated ist low - to - medium intensity- ideal if you don't care for averly strong coffees but still want something with great flavor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the flavor I got from these Nespresso capsules it had a good strong espresso taste and a good crema. I used this in an iced latte using the iced feature on my Nespresso machine. I only have two issues. One I’ve noticed all of the Nespresso capsules I have tried have an underlying flavor to them that I do not like. I thought maybe trying other types they might not have this note but unfortunately they do. It must be something with how they process or package the coffee that stays in the flavor. If you blindfold me and give me a coffee without telling me I could tell it’s Nespresso from the aftertaste. The second thing is I like the intensity of this but only when I make it in this small cup size. Usually a double shot from a regular espresso machine is much stronger even in a medium or large size. I think I would need two of these to make a decent sized coffee, but I don’t want that much caffeine either, just the flavor strength.
