Stays in place

This Strive Hot and Cold sleeve is just what my son needed. He uses this after soccer games and practice and is able to ice his entire knee without the ice moving around and falling off. It fits on him perfectly and is easy to store in the bag they recommend you keep the sleeve in. Over all great addition to sports recovery.

I love the smooth material and compression it gives my arm. It is easy to slide in and even at room temperature it gives my forearm relief. It hugs my arm perfectly. It is easy to clean and convenient stored in a thick zip bag it came in. It is flexible I can use it closer to my wrist or more farther towards my arm. You can purchase in Amazon and the company offers a variety of compression items to assist in blood flow, reduce swelling, pain assisting management and acceleration of healing.

My wrist was sprained. Since I got this, it helps my wrist feel much better. Every night before I sleep, I put it in the microwave, then I take it out and wrap it on my wrist. It really helps my wrist a lot.

The pressure feels nice!! It’s not heavy the size is perfect. The fit is good and I love how adjustable it is!! This is perfect for anyone who needs the cooling effect or the heat effect.

Comfortable

This is a comfortable way to ice your arm and leg to prevent swelling from soreness or an injury. It slips on smoothly and keeps the area cold and also applies a bit of pressure if placed at a wider part of your arm/leg. I place mine in the bag it came in inside of the freezer for maximum coldness. I highly recommend!
