Worx WA0163 JawSaw 5' Extension Pole for WG307 & WG308 Electric Chainsaws

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have purchased two of the JawSaw 5 foot extension poles. I think it is designed well, light weight and easily assembled into the JawSaw. However the two that I have purchased have broken in the same spot right above the attachment to the jaws handle. If any weight of the branch you are cutting falls onto the pole it will bend the pole and break it. Unfortunately the last time I used it the angle of the branch I couldn't avoid the branch falling on it and bending the pole. Love the JawSaw but need the extender but wish the pole was stronger.

Extension received was for power corded saw and not for battery type.

They pooled together & bought me this extension pole as a gift for Christmas! I won't be able to use it until the snow melts but I'm sure it will be a blessing just like all of my WORX tools!

I bought the JawSaw Extension for a second time, my first one broke when a fell from a ladder while reaching for a branch to cut. This is a very rugged item but this time, my weight and the combined or connected JawSaw to the JawSaw Extension did not survive me falling on it, thank goodness for the safety features. Anyway, I need a replacement. Yes, my JawSaw did survive; crazy rugged, I love it.

I purchased this with my jawsaw to extend the capabilities and reach. Works great and simple to add and remove from the tool.

I have had mine about 6 weeks used it twice and I cut a limb it fell and broke in half. I know its my fault but it should last longer than one fall

It's a great concept but not practical. Due to wait of the JAWSAW, it's almost impossible to use it for the branches that can't handle the wait of the saw. It may be good for tick and sturdy branches. It's unstable when you hold it above your head.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros: It is real easy to install and remove. Works very well. It does give a lot of extra reach for trimming our trees. Cons: With the Jawsaw on the end of the pole it is a bit awkward as there is a lot of weight on the end of the pole. Pretty easy to get limbs falling on top of you. Overall: Glad I bought it.

When the daw is attached it becomes too heavy to handle and the pole has, in instances of which I am aware, bent under the weight. Better to buy a pole saw designed for that purpose.

So easy to use i can do the work myself now instead of paying someone else. Lightweight and easy to use .

I bought this to be able to cut branches out of my reach. It has done the job. No more sawing the branches with a pruner.

Have had this for years. When I first got it, I hooked it to the saw to go over it all, before use. I did notice that it is end heavy (saw end), and person using would need to be able to handle it. Using it the first time, it was a bit awkward to use, and I ended up on the tuff stuff, climbing the ladder using the saw without the pole. I have used it a lot since, on easy stuff and it has worked fine.

I consider myself reasonably strong but once the pole was attached to the saw and I tried to lift it above my head to cut it was heavy and uncontrollable. Sending it back:(
