Gorgeous travel mug
This is a well made and beautiful travel mug sent in a sturdy box and mailer. I was amazed by the detailed information re the care and handling of the product. I found the instructions on dissembling and cleaning the mug most helpful. Do people really take it apart each time they use it?

very well designed bottle
this is my second time buying a zojirushi bottle, after losing my first one, which i felt i could keep forever. i really like my mug because if feels reliable and well built, with a very satisfying locking mechanism. the way the spout comes apart is very handy for cleaning. mine is bright orange, which makes it very easy to find, and the paint has a really nice sparkle to it. i'm giving 4 out of 5 stars because of the following reasons: 1-the lock signage is a sticker applied to non-embossed surface on the lid assemble, meaning i have to be extremely careful with it 2-the metabolized satin finish on the open button did came out on my previous bottle and it doesn't seem like it will be different this time, but time will tell. 3-there are paint chips on the hard bottom edge, where paint naturally gets thinner, however, those were there since i unboxed it, therefore production processes could be revised. 4-the spout, while creates a great and controlled flow of liquid, could provide a larger output during sports and exercising sessions - i frequently have to just unscrew the whole lid assembly and drink from the metal bottle itself, which is sharp. I'll be recomending this product to fellow friends and family.

So far not impressed
quality is alright, light it is for the size. heat retention wise, not long term. coffee leaked into the rim inside. For this price, was expecting more.

The thermos is incredible. It is not my first one. I have an old one, the same capacity but a different color. Along with this, I’ve been using a 34-oz thermos since Covid 19 started. I also have a rice cooker LS-LGC05. All this produce is easy to use/clean. Incredible quality & design

Orange mug is fantastic!
I have purchased 4 different Zojirushi stainless mugs and I love them all. I have found the water to stay ice cold for hours. It also stays cold even after leaving it in the car with the hot southern sun beating down on it. The one-handed pop-the-lid works great. I am THRILLED with these mugs!!!

The Best Thermos ever!
Love, love, love this thermos! It’s the perfect size for me. I mostly use it for my morning coffee, which I don’t drink until noon, and it keeps my coffee super hot. When I used to work, my thermos (same one different color) would keep my coffee super hot for at least 9 hours. Occasionally I use it to keep my lemon water cold and it really keeps it cold for a long, long time-don’t know exactly how long because I finish my water within a few hours. I highly recommend this thermos for all!!!

Perfect water bottle
I have been searching for a water bottle that isn't so huge that I cannot put it in a purse or backpack sleeve. I finally found it. I can put ice in and water and it is cold hours and hours later. Highly recommend. I like the way it locks too
