    Target Shipped Tampered/Incomplete Product and Refused to Fix It. Beware!

    I ordered a Pokémon box shipped to my home using my Target RedCard. The package arrived completely compromised—the promotional card inside was physically bent, and it was entirely MISSING a booster pack from the sealed contents. It was clearly a tampered box sent straight from their warehouse. When I contacted Target customer service via email and live chat to report the shorted shipment, they completely stonewalled me. They used a generic "Final Sale" script to deny my claim, completely ignoring that they stole my money for merchandise that wasn't even in the box. Unacceptable. If you buy TCG items online from Target, expect to get ripped off with zero customer support.

    Very disappointed with how this package was handled. The box arrived badly damaged and looked like it had been tossed around. Thankfully, the item inside wasn’t damaged, but packages should still be handled with some level of care. I hope more attention is given to preventing this in the future
