UPS said the package was delivered but we don't have it. Target's app said to click on fix a problem. The only option given is return item but the item is listed as not returnable. I just want to report as missing!

No longer a great buy! Save your money!
I bought two boxes for my son who is very serious about card collecting. He was disappointed with this product. A few years ago he was able to get some good hits from rookies and stars but the last two years have been duds. He asked me to leave a review and warn people not to waste their money on these boxes of cards. He was very not happy that I wasted my money.
