Backwards letters and numbers
The foam pieces are thick and bright colors. A good soft spot on my hard floors for grandkids to play. My issue is that many letters and numbers are printed backwards ( F, G J L N P R S Z 1 2 4 5 6 7). You can’t flip the pieces to make them correct, because the pieces don’t fit in the grooves. It’s ok if you just want a soft playing spot.

Glitter all over
The first time we purchased these was in December for Christmas. My son was almost 3 months old. We loved them! They were phenomenal! It was kinda a pain when the letters would pop out, but no biggie. Unfortunately, we soon discovered our cats LOVED this foam material and scratched it all up so we threw them all away. A few months later when my son was 7 months old I decided to repurchase with the plans of putting them right back in the bag they came in when they aren’t being used. To my surprise, the second time I purchased, it seems the coloring and texture changed. The tiles are more pastel and COVERED with glitter. I didn’t notice it at first because the glitter was so fine, but after a couple of minutes of playing on the mats with my son I noticed my husband’s black shirt had glitter all over it. I picked my son up and sure enough he’s covered it in too. Mind you, this was a brand new item and had the plastic thingy you had to break off to upzip the bag.

Best floor mat for all ages!
Amazed by the color, softness and durability. Very comfortable for myself to sit on while my baby plays. Very easy to clean. Easy to make whatever size needed, only drawback is the letters come out of don’t move this around rooms easily. Cute storage bag too!

A giant mess
Really nice and vibrant tiles. It was cute for a second when baby peeled the numbers and letters off but when the tiny details inside them came out too that's when it became pretty frustrating. Did they just not want to pay for an adhesive at the factory? Plus, once all the pieces are out, it looks pretty unsightly. It's just becomes this foam swiss cheese matt on the living room floor with pieces everywhere and it's hideous. By the end of the day the pieces are EVERYWHERE, even under all the furniture. some of these little piece are small enough where my 17 month old puts the entire thing in her mouth. Unfortunately we moved back to our small town where there isn't a target to return the thing, so we'll be donating it. Seems cruel, but seems like a waste otherwise.

Adorable playmat
It’s SO PRETTY in person and thick enough to put over my hardwood floors to protect my 4 month old while he starts exploring more movement. It’s .5 inch thick so if you need something thicker this may not work for you. Also, for the price, it’s a steal.

Why bother having a pick up option?
Not only it wasn’t processed after a decent amount of time but I had to pick it up myself. Hard to find help but the aisle display is poorly shown. Then after picking up product they still couldn’t process it for me as pick up. Target get needs to improve with faster and better solution with instore pick up process…horrible.

Tile improperly cut
Thankfully I had read the reviews about the rubber smell so we let it air out in the garage for 2 days before we brought it in. I like the amount of padding for our tile floor. My only complaint is the CD tile is cut incorrectly & does not fit with the other tiles. Not enough of a problem to return in. It’s very functional for our space.

Great purchase, but could use a border
I just got these for my niece, and she loves them! She is 7 months old, and they are GREAT for learning to crawl. A lot of mats are too slippery, so she can't get a grip on them, but this is perfect. The only downside is that it doesn't come with a border, so she tries to pull the letters off and eat them. They are definitely not tooth-proof, so watch your little one closely!
