Updates to bag design are a fail

The previous version of this adaptive backpack was much nicer. I appreciate the smaller straps for wheelchair handles but the straps on this one are far too small to get around my wheelchair handles. They also updated the pockets so there are fewer compartments for smaller items and the material feels much cheaper than the previous version of this bag. I would love more backpack options for wheelchair users and appreciate the effort, but this design falls short.
