Shipping package ruins the dress

The dress is so pretty but unfortunately because they ship it in a small bag all bunched up, the pleats get super wrinkled and it's impossible to fix - steaming did nothing, and ironing would only remove all the pleats. I ordered it twice hoping the first time was a fluke, but unfortunately not. Until they figure out a better method of packaging, it's best to avoid this dress.
