Finally replaced old iPhone

I use my iPhones until they’re exhausted. The last one was five years and this is my first phone without the home button and with facial recognition. Typical Apple, they made adoption of new from old actions easy, and facial recognition is great. The speed and battery life are great to get back from a five year old version as well. As the world figures out AI, I can wait for Apple to introduce it to their platforms and interfaces. I’ll anticipate that yet again they will not be first to the table, but they will raise the bar and reset the “useful standard” as opposed to the latest gimmick. Very happy with my choice, and the price!

Not worth it

I was approved online. ready to go. Then got email to go in store. I got no iphone 16. But did get a new number and pri ey service, big bill. So I'm very unhappy with AT&T. I felt scammed, very scammed

Phone was misdelivered yet att is still charging

Phone was misdelivered and returned yet att is still billing me for the phone plan reporting att to bbb due to billing and overcharging and placing billing on my credit knowing I don't have any service with att..my mom marquesa Jones referred me an had the same problem at this point I'm filing for a class action as I'm not the only person who has this issue

Cancel Service

I have been trying to cancel service since the 20th of May with no help at all. With it being that someone else has jacked my.account. Couldn't get into my account cause it kept saying merge with other account. I just had wanted to cancel the service.
