Horrible customer service

I picked up these berries today and one pack is completely moldy. Whoever is picking these fruits is not paying attention to whether they are fresh and sellable. To make matters worse I can’t even do a return at drive up. I have to come inside the store to return this item, this is absolutely ridiculous. Please do better!!
