Per instruction, I can shred the maximum 6 sheets per time. It got stuck when I shredded more than 3 sheets. Red light came up so often. Passed the return window. I stuck with a paper shredder which is useless

Doesn't Work!
Doesn't Work! I was excited to get this so opened it yesterday right after it arrived. I chose a colored version so was looking forward to having a cross-shredder in other than black. Power light never came on. There's a saftey mechanism so the shredder doesn't operate when off of the base. I used something to push this in, and it whoosed on briefly and that was it. Never operated! I don't have time to deal with calling customer service. Returning. Not sure if related to the shipping but box was beat up and there's no packing, its literally in plastic bag inside a snug box.

Didn’t know who was delivering the package and when it was delivered, I still didn’t know who delivered it. It was left by the mailbox and in this building you have to know when something is being delivered because they steal everything here I did get it. It was kinda early, but I wish I had known who was going to deliver it. And when I did the chat, I was told that I had to be patient. I was not asking what time it was gonna get here. I was asking who was delivering it.

Nice sized shredder. Can easily use on top of a table. However, sometimes the shredder does not shred fully if inserting 6 sheets. You have to tear pieces from bin apart to fully separate. But for the most part, sheets shred if you put about 4 sheets or less.

This is an excellent paper shredder. I am very glad that I bought it. I have shredded 12 or more 3.4 gal wastebaskets of paper and had no problems whatsover. It shreds the paper to look like confetti. No one will be able to put it together after shredding with this paper shredder. It is a Level 4 security shredder. I would definitely buy it again without hesitation. I highly reommend this shredder.
