Q: How do you remove the lid to fill?

  • A: It doesn’t unscrew. There’s a lid with a silicone gasket and you have to wiggle the top back and forth a bit to see where it comes off

Q: How do I open this to fill it? I tried twisting counter clockwise and pulling the pump off but there is no way to get into the actual contained.

You would have to pull out the outer pump on the top to find a spray nozzle, you would have to them pull out the black rim around it to open the container and fill in the content.     Hard to refill

    This pump is impossible to open and there are so many air bubbles in the soap when it comes out it isn’t a full pump. I really wish I wouldn’t have bought it.

    READ THIS FOR REAL DIRECTIONS

    Cute but almost impossible to open!!

    It is a cute pump and it works. However, it is EXTREMELY difficult to figure out to open. I had to look it up on reviews here (seems like most people had the same issue). You have to use something like butter knife to pop it open. It should not be that difficult!

    about to return this thing.

    It was exactly what I was looking for until I couldn't open it to refill. I should have known better when it took me 3 minutes to figure out how to open it in the store. I like the color and the concept but like others have said, it needs a notch or even if it was a screw top.....

    Worst Pump Ever

    This has to be the dumbest, and most complicated hand soap pump I have ever used. I’d do not recommend this at all. FYI: in order to open it, you have to pop the black top off- grab a butter knife, and you’ll see an opening for the top part of the hand pump – (see pic for reference) and you stick the butter knife in and pop that open. This hand pump needs to come with instructions, but it does not… Which is stupid.

    Simple design

    It's a cute and simple design for a soup pump. Seems to be easy to fill and sleep cleaning. I do find it difficult to use, it takes several pushes to get soap to come out. May work better with soap that foams.

    Didn't know a soap dispenser could suck

    Difficult to remove top to fill soap, and is very difficult to pump the soap out and comes out disproportionately every time. Used this for my child’s bathroom and they could hardly use it.

    An okay soap pump

    It’s a cute style and looks adorable in the bathroom. The function of it, however is not impressive but it squirts some soap out. Usually have to pump twice to get a “full” amount of soap. But, if that sort of thing doesn’t bother you then it’s no big deal. I’m not sure if it works with liquid soap, I bought this because it says it’s compatible with foam soap.

    Difficult at first, but neat design

    Even with reading the other reviews, this pump was a struggle to figure out how to get it open. Now that I have it figured out, it is easier to maintain. But I'm worried that it won't last long. The design is neat and I love that it is for foaming soap.

    Works well but too difficult to refill

    Simple design. Pretty big for the bathroom but holds a lot of soap. I was able to make my own mix with 1/3 soap and 2/3 water, seems to work pretty well. The top is very difficult to get off, especially when the pump is wet. Had to use a butter knife to get it off, it’ll probably be damaged at some point but that’s the only way I could remove it to refill.

    Cute and functional soap dispenser

    This bubble soap pump is cute as well as functional. The pump is wide and depresses easily, dispensing the perfect amount of soap. My only concern is that it’s plastic instead of ceramic. It works great!

    Just ok

    This looks a little cheap, but would be great for kids. I did not like the way the top comes off for filling. When you pull the pump the pump comes off but you still have to get the “base” of the pump out.
