  • A: Yes it does. The cover doesn’t seem to be waterproof though, water still gets into the sand box. The cover has a number of elastics that go onto the little “peg” like parts of the outer frame.

Poor quailty.

It pops apart after sand is in it and does not go back together. I'm not very happy and it's not worth the price for sure

I bought last season’s model, so it may be slightly different as I didn’t have any of the issues described in the other reviews. We keep ours on a concrete patio and haven’t had any issues. The cover clips on over the whole thing and I haven’t noticed it having issues keeping our water or cats. The pieces of border haven’t come apart and it’s the perfect size for a 2 and 4 year old to play together. This year we are removing the old sand and moving it to a different place and refilling with 3 bags of play sand. For the price, I’ve found that it’s exactly what I was expecting and we enjoy it!

Giving a 1 star because I have to. The plastic pieces come apart easily, and once you put sand in it you cannot even move it the slightest or the whole bottom piece comes apart and sand will be everyyywhere. The cover is also useless. Please don’t waste your money on this.

Bad Quality

The cover for it is terrible. It’s a flimsy piece of plastic. I attached a picture of what grew after it was covered for a few days.

Don't waste your money, trust me.

I bought this for something like $15-20 last season. It lasted well for 1 season. However, that was really not even that great. DEFINITELY DO NOT buy this for INDOOR USE! You will be kickin’ yourself, I promise you that! Once you add sand, it’s impossible to move/ relocate this sandbox without scooping out all the sand. The cover is NOT waterproof and also only lasted 1 season. This year I went to lift the cover and it instantly ripped. So let me explain exactly what this product is like, the assembly, and quality. The product/ pieces in the box: You have 10 pieces total. -8 wall/ frame pieces -1 fabric bottom that clips onto (and easily unclips!!) -1 fabric cover that attaches to the outside of the frame. Assembly: Pretty easy and straight forward. …However, after adding sand and using the sandbox, the pieces that make up the frame can shift and at that point it’s impossible to fix without scooping all the sand out. Quality: This thing is cheaply made and good for one season. Do not waste your time if you’re trying to get something that will last— this ain’t it.
