Q: I love this product, but when I do clean the toilet toilets, the wand itself has to go into the toilet water in order for me to scrub the bottom of the toilet. Is that how it’s supposed to work? Thank you.

  • A: I don't think the brand expert was lying, the question was about the wand, not the pad. The pad IS intended to go into the water, however, it's hard to keep the wand out of the water to be thorough!

  • A: The "brand expert" is lying. When you read the full details and instructions in the item posting, it states multiple times that we have to put the pad INTO the toilet water. So this is truly NO different than using the good old fashioned toilet bowl brush, cleaner, & wear some rubber (cleaning) gloves. *of course it is good to rinse yhe brush then with hot water, bleach, then hot water again, to disinfect it - depending on the product used.

    Terrible product the pads

    I don’t know what’s going on with the pads that you put on the wand they fall apart as soon as I hit the water I’m so sick and tired of buying defective products. They never used to be like that back in the day but now they’re a piece of crap. I hate them. They fall apart as soon as they hit the water in the past several years you started to sell a cheap product compared to when you first started selling them i loved them in the past but now forget

    Quality has gone down the drain

    I have been using the toilet wand for more than a decade. I loved it because you didn't have a nasty brush to deal with and it cleaned just as efficiently. Not anymore...Something changed with the durability of the scrubbing pad. Still has plenty of cleaning product but half way through cleaning one toilet the pad disintegrated. I had to use 6 pads to clean 3 toilets. Not acceptable.

    Plumber's dream!! Homeowner's huge expense!!

    DO NOT BUY UNLESS YOU WANT A VERY EXPENSIVE PLUMBER TO VISIT YOU!! Pads kept falling off and needed to "fish" them out of the toilet. Unfortunately, yesterday it found it's way up into the toilet. Unable to reach it---disgusting! And a "snake" is unable to get it out. Now we must completely remove the toilet in order to unclog it. HORRIBLE DESIGN!!!
