Corelle 16pc Butterfly Gold Dinnerware Set

I love the design but the size of the bowls are much smaller than other bowls

2 large plates came in with print issues in the design. See picture. Also, if you know the original butterfly design... this isn't quite the same. See picture... left is new designs, right is the original from the 70s or so. Only replacing because risk for lead in the vintage set.

One plate came with a defect. I messaged Corelle and they sent me a new plate asap! this is a beautiful set and now without lead. Corelle is the best brand in my opinion. I always dreamed of having this set, and now I do!

Love, love, love this pattern. I love it so much I bought a second set! Corelli dishes are so versatile and easy to care for.

Was a gift!

This is just what I was looking for at a great price. They are light pretty much indestructible and they look great at a good price.

Disappointed in the color. Should be more gold but looks brownish. I had this same pattern when I got married in the 70's and was hoping for the same !to match things I still have from back then.

Exactly like the Cornell brand

My husband ordered me 2 sets of these dishes (2 different patterns) this last fall shortly after they were released. One box arrived with a broken dish, the other box had dishes literally explode when washed on the top wrack of the dishwasher. We attempted to do a return through Target but they don’t take returns of them, you have to contact Corelle directly. We immediately contacted Corelle and were told they would ship out replacements. It has been months and months now of going back and forth with them. They claim the replacements have been shipped and are just still in transit and have been for months, so it’s pretty apparent at this point there will be no replacements. Would not recommend if you are expecting a full set of in tact dishes.

These are like the plates my grandma had. Not an exact replica (in case you are wanting these to replace a missing piece from the original collection), but pretty darn close. I love the retro style and the quality is great.

I ended up returning this set. Sadly the cute butterfly/flower patterns on a couple of the plates looked to be ‘scraped off’. Not sure why the manufacturers would approve ‘flawed patterns’ to be sent out to consumers. Also one of the plates had some type of clear oil or grease all over it. Instead, I just went with the winter white dinnerware set by Corelle. No pattern flaws to worry about! I am considering other patterns to purchase to mix and match but was disappointed with the butterfly pattern flaws.

These ARE different from the original style. The designs are a bit different and the new Target ones are brownish color more than they are gold like the original. BUT the quality seems good and they’re still cute so I will be keeping them! Wish the bowls had the butterfly flower design but that’s okay. I’m still happy to have them in my life.

Such a cute retro pattern. We got two sets and haven’t had any issues.

Love these plates, but disappointed to see misprints in 3/4 of my boxes & the pattern is more brown than gold
