    Nice unit

    This is a nice unit. Used it for a 432 sq ft off grid house. Easier on my solar and batteries than the old window rattler. They should make the wires the same length as the condenser lines. Had to patch in 10" of wire to reach the same as the lines. I'm ordering some for my house.

    Work well as expected

    Delayed with shipping and came in 2 separated packages about 4 days apart. Installation has some levels of difficulties. The labeling for pipe connection on the outside unit is mismatched. Other tha. That the unit runs very quiet. I would recommend Costway Mini Split.

    good quality, good price, good service

    My unit arrived very quickly with no damage, unlike a similar product from a well known competitor's line-up that I have purchased previously. The quality of my Costway unit seems better overall,and the price was lower. Installation was straight-forward and uneventful and the unit began working quietly and efficiently immediately. All functions work as promised and my expectations were actually exceeded. Time will tell, but so far I am impressed!

    Powerful mini split that is easy to install

    I was able to install this mini split with my brother in one afternoon. It is an easy install job overall, but you need the right equipment. This is a consideration for those of you who want to install it yourself, too, as the equipment probably costs more than the mini split. Once installed, this mini split is high quality. It cools and heats the room quickly and quietly. I also like the way it looks. Highly recommend!

    Can't beat this mini split for the money.

    I installed this mini split in about 5 hours by myself. The directions are straightforward and easy to follow. It compares in quality to the 2 daikons that I owned and I can hardly hear the outside unit run.

    Very impressed with this AC/Heater

    This is my 7th Costway mini split to install for friends and family I personally own one my grandmother owns two. We have never had any issues out of any of them. I have one in my garage and it works perfect keeps the garage at the perfect temperature when you walk in it's like just walking into another part of your house. Love the fact that you can control it from your phone. Had really good luck with all of them so far.
