I had the worst experience with target customer service. After spending collectively, almost an hour being passed from representative to representative, the last one I spoke to literally hung up the phone on me. I purchased this bike, not knowing it did not come together assembled. My husband was not even able to put this together for almost over a month after we ordered it for his birthday because he had to travel for work and when he finally returned and had the opportunity to put it together—it turns out that the brakes don’t work at all on this bike. We reviewed all the instructions all the parts were there. The bike was put together correctly, but the bike does not work with the brakes, and he found this out when he was literally on the bike with my two daughters riding around the neighborhood and almost completely crashed into a car because there was no brakes. Target‘s response was to hang up on the phone when I was being super calm, kind, and patient and tell me they were not going to offer anything because it was outside of the 30 days: this to me is an inept service. The bike had been brand new. We had just put it together. We had not been able to put it together initially because my husband had been traveling for work and he finally got on the bike for the very first time he crashed because the brakes don’t work. This is something that is at the fault of Target and they should be responsible for and simply because of a date, they literally will not offer any assistance and are rudely hanging the phone up anytime I try and call.

Bike is advertised as 26 inches. After assembling I realized this bike is actually 28 inches and too tall.
