Inconsistent quality
The qtips in the 1st box that I purchased mostly all worked well. I am on my second box now & I’m very disappointed to find that almost all of them don’t hold their shape resulting in the stick poking out at the end while being used. Certainly doesn’t make them seem as safe to use on little ears anymore.

These are poor quality - the "real" J&J Q-tip brand is far better. Like others have said, sometimes the cotton easily comes off, so I don't see that as very safe in anyone's ear.
