These are very easy to use. They stay put relatively well for the entire 30 minutes. The whitening is noticeable after multiple days of use, not just after one. I don't usually have sensitive teeth and these don't give me any tooth sensitivity, but I can feel that they were touching my gums afterwards.

We hope that you’re feeling better. We’d like to mention that the whitening ingredient, peroxide, is the same enamel-safe whitening ingredient dentists use for tooth whitening and is present at a safe level consistent with regulations. However, some users may be more prone to sensitivity than others and, as with any teeth whitening product containing peroxide, sensitivity or soreness may temporarily develop. Please be assured this isn't harmful. The irritation is temporary and will subside, and there are steps you can take to reduce this sensitivity and ease any discomfort. We suggest using our Whitestrips over a long period of time by waiting by waiting a day between applications or alternating between using an upper and lower strip. As well, remember to brush gently during treatment. We hope this is helpful. We’ll be sure to share your experience with our team, and we do recommend that you discontinue use of this particular product if discomfort persists. Consumer testing and clinical studies have shown that Whitestrips are effective. However, if you have stubborn stains you may need to use a second box of Whitestrips to achieve the results you want. Some persons may be more prone to sensitivity and, as with any teeth whitening product containing peroxide, sensitivity or soreness may temporarily develop. Please be assured this is temporary and not harmful, and there are steps you can take to reduce this sensitivity and ease any discomfort. It's okay to use Crest 3D Whitestrips over a longer period of time by waiting a day between applications or alternating between using an upper and lower strip. It may take a little longer to see results, but this will not cause a change in the overall whitening effect. Also, avoid brushing too hard, or more than twice a day during treatment and use a soft bristled toothbrush. It made me teeth hurt. It went away after a few days but I had to stop using them after only like 3 times.
