New design is horrible. You can no longer see when you’re close to the end of the roll. Loading it in is unreasonably difficult. Worse feature: bags continuously fall off the holder on the walk! Threw this on the trash.

10/10 product!! It got ran over by a car and not a scratch! It has gone through so much torture and it still holding up amazingly

I didn’t know how to open, scared of breaking it so I googled it. The instructions was inside.

After a week of good use it is now jammed and it seems to need Superman to twist it open again.

The dispenser feels very durable and is easy to clean. The silicone loop fits tightly and is definitely secure. It has a back loop to hold the used bags before tossing them in the trash, which was the main reason I bought this. The sticker on the first bag has perforations so it’s easy to tear off without ripping the actual bag. It comes with pictured instructions, and make sure you pay attention to the last step - closing it. You twist the bottom to open/close it, but when you close it, twist it until you feel it click. I skipped that part and the bags ended up falling out because it wasn’t closed properly. The opening that the bags come out of is the perfect size. It’s small enough to where the bag won’t come out on its own but big enough that it doesn’t take much effort to get one out. I’ve used bag dispensers in the past that only had half the features/quality, but double the price. This is a great product at a great price.

If one can love a poop bag holder, I love this one! I especially like the fact that you can hang the filled bag on the holder hook so your hands can remain free while carrying it to the trash/home. It makes walks and runs a lot easier! For the price, this really can’t be beat.

After following the simple directions I can’t even get it open. She I looked earth rated up on TikTok it just said “pull on it” but that doesn’t work! Fresh out of the packaging. I was so sad. In theory it’s awesome

Do not buy. I, nor my strong husband, can get this thing opened. Waste of money.

This is a new design. The bottom previously screwed on. This design just clicks on. The bottom comes undone easily and the bags fall out. This happened on several times before it fell out and I couldn't find it - leaving me on a walk with a giant pile of dog poop and no bags.

Impossible to get open.

Great bag dispenser! Super secure and works great. It is a bit heavy but it’s fine. I like the hook for placing used waste bags on! That way I don’t need to hold it!

I and a couple of friends tried to open it, to no avail. There seems to be no option but to throw it away. I reviewed the video on how to open it. Looks simple enough but it must have, somehow, locked from the inside.

i have two of them and have the same problem with both.. it is extremely hard to open in to put in new bags. it takes everything i have to untwist them. i have to put on rubber gloves to help my grip. the good part is i can hang multiple used bags off the side and not carry them in one of my hands.

I got the Earth Rated poop bag dispenser in mint and I’m obsessed. It’s giving “I care about the planet and have good taste” energy. 🌍💅 Yeah, I spent a couple extra bucks compared to the boring big-box brands, but honestly? Worth every penny. The others are all hard plastic and don’t even mention being BPA/BPS-free (yikes). This one is sleek, soft-matte, and actually feels like it was made with some intention. Clips on easy, doesn’t bounce all over the place, and matches the aesthetic. Sustainable, affordable, and not ugly? That’s a win in my dog mom book. 🐾💚
