Q: Would 24lb paper be the best for double-sided printing or should I use 28lb paper? I don't feel like 20lb paper would be sturdy enough. Thank you.

    Arrived filthy and torn, not even packed!

    I ordered this online to be delivered to my home. It was shipped in just the original wrapping that you see it in, in the store. It arrived torn and filthy dirty. Why wasn't it put in a box for shipping or at the very least, protective plastic wrap?

    Check your order when you get drive up delivery.

    Was in a hurry so got drive up delivery. Unfortunately I watched the girl drop the paper and it literally split the package open and bent a bunch of it. Unfortunately that makes it kind of difficult to go through the printer other than that everything was okay. When she brought it to me she blamed it on the people who packaged it.

    avoid epson bright white paper

    Low quality paper, more gray than black print, fuzzy letters, not crsp. Poor fax quality, worst compared to other brands. HP Multipurpose paper better and cheaper. IMB Ultimate Inkjet top choice. Epson paper not bright white, poor quality, bad packing. Avoid, buy in-store for better quality.
