  • A: It looks like there is some old info getting shared. I was in the store today and all of the flannel sheets I saw were 100% cotton except for the gray, which was “eco melange” or something which is apparently 90% cotton 10% polyester. Recent years definitely had some that were a more heavily synthetic blend.

  • A: The gray ones are not 100% cotton. They’re 90% cotton, 10% polyester. Some “eco green blend” - I’ll never understand how adding plastic to fabrics makes them greener. You may have to grow less cotton, but they become impossible to recycle.

  • A: I am wondering the same thing since that’s a feature on other threshold sheets. The staff who answered should say No if it’s not a feature. Their answer is strange like they are merely reading the product description and don’t understand what you are actually asking.

To get rid of lint from new flannel sheets, season them with a few washes (separately, cool water, gentle cycle), air dry or tumble dry low with dryer balls/tennis balls to fluff, and use a lint roller or tape for immediate removal; avoid fabric softener as it weakens fibers and increases pilling.     Terrible

    These are the absolute worst sheets I’ve ever bought. While they are soft, the amount of lint!!!!!! I washed them & had to dry them LITERALLY 8 times. Each & every single time the lint trap in the dryer came out extremely full. I unfortunately washed the sheets with an expensive dark colored duvet that I bought with them. Needless to say those were entirely covered in lint & had to be washed & dryed several times as well. All the while they are still covered in lint. Very disappointed in the quality.

    Best budget Friendly flannel set I ever bought

    Gosh, me and my toddler absolutely love these sheets. Probably the softest budget priced flannel I’ve ever purchased. Both myself and my toddler want to snuggle up with the flat sheet. The fitted sheet and the pillowcases don’t really feel different than other flannel sheets I’ve had, but for some reason in the flat sheet, you can really feel the thick cozy softness. I’m not kidding, we actually love snuggling it to our face when we’re in bed. It’s been through several washes and it didn’t get stiff like some previous threshold flannel sheet sets I’ve bought did , but those were solid gray and I understand that gray fabric ink bleeds easily, and maybe it contributes to the different fabric feel as well. And I don’t think I’ve ever purchased brushed flannel before so maybe that’s the main difference . Anyway, this white cozy soft brushed set was Absolutely a great buy.

So much so I order and just received a backup set in the white king size because It seems as the quality in flannel from time to time and also solid vs print might affect the softness!

    Nice Sheets

    I really like these sheets so far. I've only had them for a month.. They're soft and a nice weight. I bought them to replace a more expensive set that pilled and were rough after a year. They are a little snug for my queen mattress but they do fit.

    Love my sheets and they fit perfect.

    I got king size and the fit is perfect. Love these sheets. I am really into sleeping on flannel. I’m also a fan of threshold. These have the deep pockets so that’s nice. They did wash well, but we’ll see if washing them more times will result in any issues. The dryer lint trap was full, after the first wash, but I expected that. No surprises there. The color is a lovely soft white.

    I put them in the washer as soon as I got home and I noticed a lot of white fuzz and tinny cotton balls when I moved to dryer. I have ran my dryer 3 times and the dryer filter/mesh is like an inch thick with white fuzz. Three times!!!! I pulled the sheets out of the dryer and there is pilling everywhere. It happened with the gray color. Not sure if other colors have the problem. I’m returning them.
