Q: What are the exact ingredients in this product?

  • A: "proprietary additives" is NOT an answer, and the so-called "safety" is therefore highly suspect. The main ingredient likely used here is sodium bentonite, which can pose grave health risks to cats due to ingestion. I may discontinue use of this litter, as my cat sometimes licks the litter from her paws, and had a recent vet visit due to constipation (which led to vomiting, which led to dehydration, which led to bad kidney values). Both I and the vet think this litter is the root cause, and I'm in the process of finding an alternative (perhaps Purina Yesterday's News). I don't like companies that hide facts behind BS like "proprietary". My cat's health isn't worth the puny cost savings. Unacceptable. Inexcusable.

    Found a diamond in the litter jungle

    I've tried several clumping and non clumping cat litters. My cat has a hard time covering his stuff up. Well he has been covering since I got this litter! Its also is alot better on my personal allergies and it doesnt make as big of mess. I also bought the up and up litter box without the lid and its worked great with the litter. No issues so far. Its also great because it doesnt feel like Im walking on rocks while cleaning it, since he throws litter out the box and I gotta walk around our small bathroom to clean. Its also saved me money as well, which has been incredible!

    Stinky stinky

    I like scoop away cat litter, but it has been hard to find lately so I thought I would try this. I have multiple cats in my house never smells like litter. I noticed that all of a sudden my house stinks and the only thing that I changed was to this cat litter. It’s horrible clumping it has no odor control. I will not buy it again.

Everything went well except the delivery and that was horrible, instead of being delivered at my door they just put it at the beginning of my driveway. I am 72 yrs old so you know how long that took me to carry those 4 containers. Called to file a complaint against the driver but that was a joke - I’ll think twice about ordering again

    Disappointing change in formula

    This has been my go to litter for YEARS and they’ve gone and changed it, it’s much darker than it used to be and the odor control is non-existent. Half a day with this new litter smells like you let your litter box go uncleaned for a week. It’s disgusting and has been embarrassing when company comes over and it smells like cat poop when we changed it just hours before. Bring back the old litter, my cat hates it more than I do.

    Not the same

    Much like other people, I have noticed a change in the recipe for this litter. It has not been a change for the better. The litter performs terribly, the clumping is awful and very wet. Also when I last purchased this litter it had an awful chemical smell. I miss the onld formula so much, it was my favorite litter. Which is saying something since its a store brand vs bigger brands.
