It's only redeeming quality is the cinnamon sugar taste. Other than that, it is chalky and powdery even if you drown it in milk. It is very hydrophobic cereal. Definitely not worth the $9

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the new Ghost Cinnamon Toast Crunch to try to get a little more protein in my diet. I can’t say I love it but I don’t hate it either. It tastes nothing like the original, its almost like someone just dumped some cinnamon on it. It’s also softer, you don’t get the crunch. I wouldn’t buy it or choose to eat it over other things but I wouldn’t turn it down if I were hungry either.

The mouthfeel and consistency were spot on, crunchy and satisfying. Definitely one of the best high-protein cereals I’ve tried.

Husband bought this and we both hated it. the texture is like styrofoam and he tasted an acidic flavor (i didn’t but i couldn’t get over the texture to eat more) i wouldnt recommend this even to someones dog
