Bring ease and comfort to your child's wardrobe with these Adaptive 3-Pack Capri Leggings from Cat & Jack™. Specially designed for sensory needs, these items feature flat seams and no tags to eliminate abrasion against the skin. Seams are intentionally chosen to withstand high level activity without irritating the skin. Garment care and size information is provided through heat seal labels, not itchy tags. The full elastic waistband makes it easier to wear by eliminating closures that can be difficult to open or close, and reinforced pull loops aid in pulling the leggings on and up. The fit has been updated to allow for better coverage while wearing incontinence underwear, diapers or briefs. Made from midweight cotton jersey fabric, these three pairs of capri leggings are tailored in a regular fit with skinny legs for on-trend flair.


Ease of Dressing products are designed to make it easier to get dressed, and can enable someone to dress independently. Sensory Friendly products are intended for adults and children who may have sensitive skin, sensory sensitivities, or have sensitivities to fabrics, seams, and clothing in general. Products with High Rise for Diaper Coverage are intended for adults and children who may wear diapers/briefs and do not want the diaper/brief to show. Coverage in front and back is increased to keep the diaper/briefs from sticking out of the top of pants/shorts/skirts.

Use the tips & visuals in this guide to make taking your child's body measurements easy-peasy.

Dont have a fabric tape measure? Use a shoelace or pant leg to measure. Then, lay it flat & use a ruler or tape measure to get a numerical measurement.

How to measure

  • Height

    Have your child stand in front of the fridge.Mark the top of the head with a magnet. Measure a straight line from floor to magnet.

  • Chest

    Have your child make airplane arms. Wrap tape measure around the fullest part of the chest, keeping it level & snug.

  • Waist

    With your child bending to one side, measure the point where the waist flexes naturally. Keep the tape level & comfortably loose.

  • Hip

    Have your child stand like a tall tree with feet together. Measure a level line around the fullest part of the hips & seat.

  • Inseam

    Take a pair of pants that fit your child well. Measure along the seam from crotch to leg opening.
