Glass and Wood Butter Dish - Hearth & Hand™ with Magnolia

It’s a very cute addition to our kitchen. It is much safer than a glass lid on glass dish butter dish. However, it does come with its downsides. For this dish for the instructions, you can only wipe it clean. If you do use a a sponge, it may just scratch the coating off. Which happened to me, but it’s not so noticeable. Additionally be design could be improved by adding a little knob on top so one can have better control over the dish. With the current design, it is very easy to accidentally squish the butter. As a result, my butter dish tends to look like this more often than not.

Love it. One of the better butter dishes. I've looked all over and hard to find this style. I love the wood and glass. I'd rather have that for this price than plastic ones.

Beautiful piece Just wish the wood on the bottom of the butter dish was a bit thicker and a darker wood color.. I got it for a formal/country table setting so I’m hoping it’ll work next to the acacia wood tray I have to set it on..

Wood piece is super flimsy and cheap. This is my own fault, but I also didn’t realize how much I’d dislike not having a handle/knob to pick up the lid. I wouldn’t recommend this.

Very simple but elegant

So cute! I want to see where I’m at in terms of how much butter I have left, and the glass dome allows me to see what I’m working with. It’s so simple, but really nice.
