A: You can see it on display at the store (or at least I did about a month ago), it's more purple than pink in my opinion. It's tasteful and not too bright

A: I have this and share similar concerns with the head support. The insert is very loose and my baby’s head definitely moves around. Especially when he’s sleeping and we take a turn, the insert has no support and his head rolls around. He’s currently 4 months old and within the weight and height requirements. While I find this travel system incredibly easy to use and convenient, I struggle with the idea of getting in an accident. I’m not sure how protected his head and neck would be.

A: Thank you for reaching out. The back wheels should lock securely onto the stroller once the axle is fully inserted, so they shouldn’t fall off during use. It’s possible that a key piece—such as the retaining clip, washer, or locking pin—may not be fully engaged or may be missing. To help you get everything working properly, please check the following: Make sure the wheel is pushed all the way onto the axle until you hear or feel it click into place. Confirm that any included locking clip or pin is installed on the inside of the wheel. This is what keeps the wheel from sliding back off. If your stroller came with small washers or spacers, ensure they’re positioned exactly as shown in the manual.
