Shipping/delivert took SIX DAYS. Ridixulous lomg wait time
I’m complaining about how LONG this item took to be delivered to me via shipping. Item was ordered on 20 June and I didn’t receive it until 26 June, even with using FedX

Hello Mary. Thank you for your feedback. Shipping timelines can vary depending on processing times, carrier routing, and demand, even when expedited services are selected. While a six-day delivery window can feel longer than expected, especially when tracking shows limited updates, this timeframe can still fall within standard carrier delivery ranges. For future orders, checking estimated delivery dates at checkout and monitoring tracking updates closely may help set clearer expectations. If there are concerns about delays or missed delivery commitments, Target’s customer service team can review the shipment details and provide additional support. If you ever have specific questions or concerns about our products, contact Greenworks via Live chat on our website, call us at 1-888-909-6757 (1-888-90WORKS) or refer to the FAQ ask section of the tool or ask us a question, anytime.

Poor quality control
I was excited to find a multibit screwdriver with a good handle. too bad that after tearing apart the packaging (because yes, it practically requires shredding to get it out, I find that it's not what it seems. The bits do not stay in by magnet. They state in by a spring loaded ball bearing. if the whole that the bearing pokes out of is cut 0.5-1mm off, the bearing stays inside and doesnt function. the bearing on the larger bit but off a little, but it's still somewhat functional. The bearing on the smaller bit is completely locked inside, making it unusable. Why is that you ask? Again, it's not magnetic! The only mechanism keeping it in there is the ball bearing. Therefore, if you are screwing something that's not upside down (as in, most things) the bit falls right out of the screwdriver. It's a poor attempt at making a usable device.

Hello MTC. Thank you for taking the time to voice your concerns.Thank you for taking the time to voice your concerns. We are sorry to hear that the multibit screwdriver did not meet your expectations. Greenworks screwdrivers hold bits in place using either a magnetic bit holder or a keyless chuck, depending on the model. Many impact-rated bit sets also include a dedicated magnetic bit holder for easier use. It sounds like the issues with the ball bearing mechanism affected usability, and your comments will be shared with our product team to help improve design and quality.
