  • A: As far as I’m aware, if you’re in the US, there is no federal law that prohibits the purchase of these toys at any age, however, local jurisdictions may have limitations in place. You should be able to walk into any big box store like Target or others and buy a toy - or order online. The adult stores that require an ID to enter do so because they contain other adult materials. But you should be able to purchase a toy at any store where you can just walk in without being ID-ed.

Battery Life Confusion?

My pocket wand has been on the charger for 3 days and it has not successfully charged. It’s just constant blinking lights. When it’s finally done charging (light is not blinking) I only get about 3 minutes before it slows down and completely shuts off before needing to be charged again. I tried to like the pocket wand- just having issues with the battery! Not happy

Defective Right Out of the Box

Don’t buy this if you notice several comments mentioning problems with the device. I thought it wouldn’t happen to me, but it did. I bought this for a trip because it was convenient for its size, and it completely let me down. I charged it for a whole day, the light became steady, and while the light would turn on, nothing else would happen. The vibrating mechanism isn’t working at all, so the device is basically useless.

Subpar? Kind of great?

Hello! I’m on my 4th pocket wand in the span of a year that I’ve been using this product… overall I’m having a lot of issues with the vibrations being extremely inconsistent. The first time I bought this, it was great! Lasted about 6 months before its vibrations gave out, so I bought a new one, that one lasted about 2 days before sputtering and eventually not even vibrating! I got yet another one and few days later and that one started to sputter, then stopped and lasted around 4 to 5 months before eventually breaking all together. I just bought a new one a few days ago and it’s already sputtering and vibrating very weakly… I’m not sure what the issue is? They are all fully charged when this happened not been submerged in water or anything.

Avoid it like the Plague

If I could give this less than one star, I would. A complete waste of time, energy, and money. Legitimately the WORST product you could purchase for your needs. I wish I could invent a time machine to undo the mistake of thinking this would be remotely useful. It’s like they made this with the idea of vibration in mind but forgot to actually implement it well. Actual garbage.

Died after a day

My bf got me this two days ago and today it died halfway through. I charged it overnight and made sure it was connected and the light was blinking. Today I tried using it after charging it again for a couple hours and it won't work anymore. It's great when it does work - it's quiet and discreet and I like the different functions. However, for how much we paid, I expected it to be higher in quality.

It’s Not Bad In A Pinch

This is great. Really truly great My only qualm is that it vibrates all throughout - meaning your hand is also getting jolts of electricity. it’s not the most pleasant feeling. but when you ignore that part, this is great. :)
