I work out hard and then I go sheetrock and mud and tape. I need this energy boost. I am 72 so Legion keeps my motor running.

I enjoy combining this Fruit Punch with the Pre-Workout Fruit Punch as my daily first drink of the day, usually before I workout. Amazing taste and I feel better on my fasted workout.

Love to take these in my water bottle when I'm traveling or hiking. The flavors are great and not too salty. Perfect electrolyte blend for what I need, not too much sodium.

This product noticeably improves hydration anytime you need it and it's particularly good before a workout.

I took this bad boy before a 90 minute heated strength workout and I never felt overwhelmed at all. Great flavor I only wish it was offered in larger quantities

I like this product because it is unlike other products where they load up on sodium and put artificial junk on it. I do like it!

I love the packaging. It's easy to open and add electrolytes to a bottle of water. It's easy to mix and dissolves fast. I love that the water stays clear—it makes it nice to drink visually. There is no strong artificial flavor; it feels very natural. I tried it during a 72-hour no-food fast, and it gave me good energy without any calories. I also love using it during my workouts between sets. Great product!

I absolutely love this product! I have noticed more energy throughout my day and that has been a game changer. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because I am on the monthly subscription and you only get 20 packets. I need at least 10 more added. :tired_face:

I wanted to try this because a different brand was very salty. So salty that I could only use half of the serving. This has just as much sodium but it did not seem overly salty and the flavor was good. It is worth a try, especially if you can get it on sale.

First off I love how they come in little packages . I love adding it to my pre workout the quality and taste just hits. It's not sweet at all. I love the formula . it's a must have now

Happy with these Hydration packets. The flavor is some what mild but not unpleasant, and easy to carry around. I'm assuming from the lack of info on the bag that it's low or no calorie, which is excellent; I can add some thing else if I need to. Will need to consider in the future if it's as cost effective as my other favorite products, but good start. I tried both the Fruit Punch and Lime flavors; both were good though I found Fruit Punch to be more fulfilling. Would be nice to see expansions, but it is a fairly new product.

Tastes bad

I have tried A LOT of electrolyte brands. Some are too sweet, others are too full of sodium, and some just make me bloat. These are the BEST on the market - incredible taste, I feel clearer when i take them, and they give me the mid-day energy I need without coffee.

Its rare of me to write an unfavorable report but I wasn't a fan of the taste of Hydrate (I think mostly the sweetener) I had fruit punch so maybe another flavor could work but it was just a little to sweet for me after a workout. Im sure it has quality ingredients as most of Legions products do but like the protein bars the sweeteners sometimes dont mix for me. Its an imperfect science sometimes trying to appeal to everyone !
