Hi, Maria! I'm sorry to hear about the charger not working. Rest assured, I'm here to help. To get started, let's determine whether the problem is with the charger itself or with the watch. We strongly recommend connecting your charger to an indirect source of power, like the USB port of an active (not idle or in sleep mode) laptop or computer. Make sure that the charging pins are properly aligned and engaged with the metal contacts on the back of the watch. Check the contacts on the back of your watch for any dirt or debris and check the charging pins to be sure they are not bent or damaged. To address this, please visit the following links to learn more about how to initially charge the device: https://tinyurl.com/yme343aw and https://tinyurl.com/mr49yctc. Newer watch not worth it ...basic watch for time !
I have the Jillian Micheals Edition. It makes a good watch for tracking time, but I don't keep it connected to my phone, as I was having issues at one point. I was offered 20% to upgrade and after doing research ATM 3 and IP68 on newer watches for so called swimming, I would not based on what I found. It's not recommended for either when it comes to continous lap swimming. I'll keep my 4th Edition and use it for time telling.

Breaks easily and warranty is a joke
The socket that holds the band on the watch broke less than 6 months into owning this watch. I contacted the company because it’s still under warranty but they claim the warranty doesn’t cover it. It’s a mechanical failure! And then they had the nerve to offer me 20% off a new one. Like, why would I buy another when the first one broke and you don’t honor warranties. No thanks. Beware!

Horrible Watch
Worst watch ever. I have had this watch less than one week and it keeps disconnecting. I have had to reboot the App OVER 50 times in the week. Will be returning it and getting another type most likely a Garmin which I had for 4-5 years and never had a problem with it and NEVER went offline. DO NOT BUY THIS WATCH IT CAUSES MORE PROBLEMS THAN YOU WANT
