It will not roll in a straight line, it wants to go where it wants to go.. theres nothing wrong with the wheels on their own they just dont work - even when its empty. Rather than return, Ill replace the casters but I shouldn't have to.

    I purchased this particular cart because it was powder coated metal, and each basket could hold a substantial amount of weight. It was packed well, and the baskets nest inside each other so you know which is the S, M, and L. Goes together quickly and easily with the tools provided. The installation instructions for step 6 seemed strange to me. They show the locking wheels being diagonally across from each other which didn't make sense from an engineering standpoint to me. I placed both locking wheels on one end directly across from each other, problem solved in my book.
