JLab Go Air Sport True Wireless Bluetooth Earbuds

The sound is really good on these earbuds, however the hooks slightly bent and the buds had trouble charging. I'm really pleased with JLab support as they spoke to me and sent me a new pair of earbuds, and the new version too instead of these ones.

I had an issue with device and JLAB promptly solved it through its guarantee program. Item quality is very good and JLAB customer engagement serious and efficient, I'll keep tied to the brand articles for future purchases.

My previous jlab go air sport didn't work anymore. So I reached out to support and directly send me a new one. Thanks!

In order to have my earbuds fixed after one of them stopped working, I had to send JLAB a video of me submerging my earbuds and the case in a glass of water to show proof of disposal. Getting this request from a company that claims to take sustainability and recycling seriously, really felt like greenwashing.

I got these as a gift 3 weeks ago - and I'm really happy with them. They fit great in the ear and the sound is super good. The microphone works perfectly - sound comes through clearly. The only "complaint" is that they are extremely sensitive on the touch part and change without you really wanting it.

I bought the product a month ago, its good but the volume is not high enough, it could have more options in the equalizer section, good app though but could be better.

These are by far the best headphones I have ever had. I used to DJ and therefore used quality Sennheiser headphones for the quality of sound they produced. I have never quite been able to match the quality of my previous Sennheiser headphone with a budget friendly pair of earpods until I found the JLAB Go Air Sport earpods. They clarity and depth of sound for this price range is simply incredible. Really looking forward to experiencing their high end range in the future. You can't go wrong with a set of these earpods, especially the soft wrap around ear fit. Perfect 👌

I bought this two weeks ago and am so happy that I did. Especially, the battery performance is really good!

I git this for my birthday only had a small technical issue but as soon as I mentioned it to them they quickly responded and the issue was sorted out in less than an hour since they’re reply.

Worked perfect except for the fact that ANC is not included in the app, but everything else works perfectly.
