Q: How do you charge these?

submitted by Bethany - 20 days ago
  • A: Hi Bethany, Great question! The Pop headphones have a USB-C port on the bottom of the earcup that will allow you to plug any standard usb-c cord into! I hope this helps

  • A: Hi, thanks for reaching out about the JLab JBuddies Pop Bluetooth Wireless Kids' Headphones. These headphones charge using a USB cable. They use a USB charging port (typically USB‑C) You plug the cable into the headphones and the other end into a USB charger, laptop, or power source So there’s no battery replacement needed—just recharge them like a phone. If you have any additional questions, we welcome you to contact MyTGTtech at 833‑848‑8324 every day, between 7am–11pm CST.

Q: Will my children be able to hear a tablet using these headphones on an airplane? A previous children’s headphones I bought were too quiet and you couldn’t hear on the plane.

submitted by Julia - 30 days ago
  • A: Hi Julia, while the headphones do have a volume limiting functionality, you can increase the base volume of the headphones if there are loud noises around. They should work just fine, then! I hope this helps

Q: Do these work with a Tonie box?

  • A: Hi Paige, if the Tonie Box has bluetooth connectivity, then they absolutely will work! I hope this helps.

  • A: Hi, thank you for reaching out about JLab JBuddies Pop Bluetooth Wireless Kids' Headphones. Yes, but it depends entirely on which version of the Toniebox you own and how you connect them.Because the JLab JBuddies Pop headphones are 2-in-1 wireless and wired headphones, you have a couple of options depending on your specific audio box setup:If you have the Toniebox 2 (USB-C Version)You can connect them wirelessly via Bluetooth, though it can be a bit tricky. While the Tonies support documentation states that the Toniebox 2 supports third-party Bluetooth headphones, many parents on Reddit forums note that the box can be quite stubborn when pairing with non-Tonie brand headsets. If you have any additional questions, we welcome you to contact MyTGTtech at 833-848-8324 every day, between 7am-11pm CST.

Q: Hi! Can you do the audio sharing with one of these and one pair of the adult earbuds? I want to be able to watch a movie with my daughter from my iPad on our next flight. Thanks!

submitted by txsunshine - 1 year ago
  • A: HI txsunshine, great question! Our headphones are designed to pair withs each other if both users have the same model. You could, in theory, buy the same JBuddies pop for yourself, but they are really made for kids sized heads. I hope that helps!

  • A: Hi txsunshine, thanks for reaching out about JLab JBuddies Pop Bluetooth Wireless Kids' Headphones. The JLab JBuddies Pop Wireless Kids' Headphones do support audio sharing with another pair of the same model. This feature allows two kids to wirelessly connect their JBuddies Pop headphones to the same audio source, like a phone or tablet, and listen together. Q: Is it good for a 18 month old

submitted by Mi - 1 year ago
  • A: Hi Mi, thanks for reaching out about JLab JBuddies Pop Bluetooth Wireless Kids' Headphones No, the JLab JBuddies Pop Wireless Kids' Headphones are not recommended for an 18-month-old. While they are designed for children and have adjustable, safe volume settings, they are still geared towards older kids, typically ages six and up. The headphones are adjustable to fit smaller heads, but an 18-month-old's head is significantly smaller and may not fit properly. Additionally, the headphones have features like a shared/wired mode and controls on the cord, which are more suitable for older children who can understand and utilize these functions. If you have any additional questions, we welcome you to contact MyTGTtech at 833-848-8324 every day, between 7am-11pm CST.

  • A: Hi Mi, great question and the answer would most likely be, no. They won't be a great fit for the head of an 18 month old. These have a 5+ age rating on them, and we'd recommend not using headphones before that age! I hope that helps.

Q: Is it good for a 18 year old

submitted by Mi - 1 year ago
  • A: Hi Mi, at 18 years old, I'd more likely recommend one of our adult-sized headphones, even though the JBuddies Pop will fit. We have headphones that will have a wider volume range and more advanced features for mature users! I hope that helps.

  • A: Hi Mi, thanks for reaching out about JLab JBuddies Pop Bluetooth Wireless Kids' Headphones While JLab JBuddies Pop headphones are marketed for kids, they can be a suitable option for an 18-year-old, especially if they have a smaller head size or prefer the volume limiting feature. The headphones are adjustable and can fit an adult head, but their comfort level might be questionable for extended use. If you have any additional questions, we welcome you to contact MyTGTtech at 833-848-8324 every day, between 7am-11pm CST.

Q: Grandma wants to connect 2 of these to grandkids Nintendo Switch at the same time? I want my grandkids to be able to play video games together on long car rides.

submitted by LB - 1 year ago
  • A: Hi LB, thanks for reaching out about JLab JBuddies Pop Bluetooth Wireless Kids' Headphones. That's a thoughtful idea, Grandma! Unfortunately, the Nintendo Switch natively only supports one Bluetooth audio device at a time. This means you can't directly connect two pairs of the JLab JBuddies Pop headphones (or any two Bluetooth headphones) to the Switch simultaneously for both grandkids to hear the game audio wirelessly. However, there are a couple of potential workarounds to achieve what you're looking for: 1. Wired Headphones with a Splitter: The most straightforward and reliable solution for simultaneous audio is to use wired headphones and a headphone splitter. The Nintendo Switch has a standard 3.5mm headphone jack. You can purchase a simple audio splitter that plugs into this jack and provides two or more headphone outputs. You would then need to get two pairs of wired kids' headphones (like a wired version of the JBuddies, if available, or any other comfortable and safe wired headphones for children). Pros: Simple to set up, no battery concerns for the headphones, generally inexpensive. Cons: Kids are tethered to the Switch by wires, which could be less ideal in a car. 2. Bluetooth Adapter for Multiple Headphones (Potentially More Complex): While the Switch's built-in Bluetooth only supports one audio device, there are third-party Bluetooth audio adapters designed specifically for the Nintendo Switch that claim to support connecting two Bluetooth headphones simultaneously. These adapters typically plug into the USB-C port or the headphone jack of the Switch. Pros: Wireless audio for both kids. Cons: Compatibility: Not all Bluetooth adapters support dual headphone connections, and compatibility can be finicky. You'll need to research and ensure the adapter explicitly states this feature and has good reviews for the Switch. Potential Latency: Bluetooth can sometimes have a slight audio delay (latency). Using two Bluetooth devices simultaneously might exacerbate this, which could be distracting for gaming. Battery Life: Both the headphones and the Bluetooth adapter will need to be charged. Controller Limitation: Nintendo's official support states that when using Bluetooth audio, you can only connect a maximum of two wireless controllers. If your grandkids are playing a game that requires more controllers, this could be an issue. Recommendation: For a long car ride and a simple, reliable solution, using wired headphones with a headphone splitter is likely the best option. It avoids the complexities of Bluetooth limitations and potential latency issues. If you are set on a wireless solution, you would need to carefully research third-party Bluetooth adapters for the Nintendo Switch that specifically advertise dual headphone support and read user reviews to ensure they work well. If you have any additional questions, we welcome you to contact MyTGTtech at 833-848-8324 every day, between 7am-11pm CST.

  • A: Hi LB, great question! Once you've paired the JBuddies pop to the nintendo switch, you can actually pair the other pair of JBuddies Pop together with the first using our Audio Sharing capabilities. If both kids have the same model of headphones from JLab, they will be able to pair wireless to share the same audio source. Super useful!

Q: Can I connect 2 of these to my iPad at the same time? I want my kids to be able to watch a movie together on the airplane.

submitted by Anne B - 1 year ago
  • A: Hi Anne B, while the iPad can only connect to one headphone at a time, our wireless JBuddies have an audio share mode which you can activate this way: https://help.jlab.com/cdn/shop/files/en_JBuddies_Pop_Wireless_Manual_en.pdf?v=15721811513828744080 So this is a great way to have two headphones pair with one ipad!

submitted by wthom0817 - 1 year ago

    Pink witeless & Wired Headphones

These will work perfectly for my granddaughter in her classroom. They have a wired component, which she needs for school, and a wireless component she can use at home. They were also reasonably priced and easy to use.

I got the smaller size for ages 2 and up and they fit my almost 2 year old toddler well! He seems really happy. He isn’t trying to rip them off so they must be comfortable. I like that they can be wired or wireless. They don’t come with a charger but they use the standard usb-c charger so I have a ton already. Hoping these help us survive our upcoming flights!
