    Love it!

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased a refurbished Kitchenaid Artisan mixer. I love it! It has made making chicken salad so much easier. It runs smoothly, is not excessively loud and the color red is vibrant. I also purchased an ice cream attachment and have enjoyed how easy it is to make.

    Steady as she goes!

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had to send my original mixer to the shop for a diagnostic and repair but I had an immediate need so when I saw the refurbished mixers 50% off, I quickly snapped one up. It came as ordered. So, in spite of getting Big Red 1.0 back from the shop and working fine, I’m still using Big Red 2.0! There’s a safety I feel in knowing it came from Kitchen Aid and has been professionally approved.

    Kicthen aid order canceled

    I placed this order weeks ago and it never shipped and kept being pushed back. I started to call kitchen aid and they said it will be delivered soon I then called the day before it was going to be delivered and they told me it was going to be shipped the next day because they were waiting on a part to come in. The next day comes and they canceled my order. 0/10 experience with this order. This was my first time ever ordering something through target too. I will never be doing this again.

    Metal attachments chipping away

    I bought this towards the end of February, overall kitchen aid motor works perfectly fine. The issue we’ve ran into is that the attachments seem to be chipping away as I have found several metal shavings coming off of the dough hook attachment. Scared to use the attachment as I don’t want to have metal shards in my food.

    Very loud

    I’ve dreamed about this mixer for a very long time, and I finally bought it for myself. I am very disappointed because I waited so long for it! It is defective or poorly serviced by the specialists — when mixing dough or whipping eggs, it makes a very loud, piercing noise!

    No regrets!

    I pored through reviews of so many stand mixers. I borrowed a friend's Artisan and couldn't see anything I'd improve, so ended up buying one. I've had it a few months now and see why it is the standard. I've used it for macarons, souffles, bread dough, and cookie batter, and it's been great. I bought the smaller bowl which has been useful for smaller batches. I am glad I went with this one and not one with digital bells and whistles.

    Happy with our Kitchenaid Stand Mixer

    We are very happy with our stand mixer. It has plenty of power for our needs, and the range of attachments is terrific. The locking mechanism for the tilt head is not as smooth and secure as our previous one, and hopefully will improve with use.

    Awesome addition to my kitchen

    I bought by refurbished Artisan Series 5 Quart Tilt-Head Stand Mixer about 3 weeks ago. It looks brand new, and works perfectly without any problems. I am so glad I decided to go with the refurbished model, I do not regret it. I have even bought some accessories to go with it that were refurbished. Now I can enjoy baking again.
