This is one of many necklaces I have from MBM. All of their pieces I get so many compliments on and never tarnish or break! Couldn’t recommend this company enough! I have been buying their stuff for almost 8 years!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife bought this chain as part of a set for herself as her first Mother’s Day present 2 years ago. Since then, we’ve had to replace this same chain 3 times. Hoping the company would have helped with the 3rd, we messaged them via instagram and was just told “each chain fell out of the 6 month warranty window, sorry”. That was it. My wife was in tears that she had accidentally broke it changing shirts a week before Mother’s Day so I sucked it up after that response and bought 1 more and paid the rush fee to have it arrive before Mother’s Day. When we messaged them, we urged the issue and even mentioned not being able to get one normally before mother day. They did not even offer to cover the shipping. My suggestion is if you plan o nearing this necklace often, spend extra and get a better quality one. Love the idea, just wish it wasn’t so easy to break and then get no help from the company when you’ve already invested in this same necklace 3 times and have purchased other items/sets from them as well

The process to submit a claim could not have been easier and I received it in a few days. I ordered the detachable chain extender along with a dog bone charm, and the letter "J," my initial and everything is beautiful. The extender makes it easy to adjust the length depending on the neckline I'm wearing, which I love. The charms are delicate but still feel sturdy, and the details are lovely. It's another one of those pieces for me that feels meaningful and well made at the same time. I'll definitely keep adding to my Made by Mary collection :)

This is my favorite chair to add initial charms too. It’s dainty and beautiful! In 7 years I’ve had 1 break but it was more my fault. So cute!
