Poorly made tube
Love this glaze balm. It goes not so smooth. I do have to say I wish it lasted longer. The other thing is you only get to use 1/2 the stick. Because of the poorly made tub that goes on angle. So you can get the rest of the graze from the tub. Maybelline you really need to look in to this. I have 3 balm and they all do it.

Black Honey Dupe
I got the acai glaze as a dupe for the Clinique almost lipstick in black cherry. Honestly, it did much better than I expected for this price point. It’s very close to the color of black honey. The gloss wore off in about an hour for me, but the color lasted longer. There isn’t a seal on the packaging, so beware of prior usage. I would probably buy again

PURE PEPPERMINT. IF YOU'RE REACTIVE BEWARE
I've never returned anything so fast in my life. The product applied like a dream. I didn't smell it for a second but I regretted it as soon as I did. First my lips started to swell and burn. Then my tongue,and down my throat. I took Benadryl and now I'm all better. I see mint listed NOWHERE in the product description but I am reactive to it. I STUPIDLY thought it was just this color so I tried the cherry. I even googled it and asked the stupid A.I. if it contained or was flavored with mint. The robot swore it did not. I had the exact same reaction. It is a shame because the formula otherwise applies like a dream and was exactly what I was looking for. Maybelline PLEASE stop scenting lip products and definitely don't use such an irritant!!! I use baby toothpaste for this reason and I'm not alone.

The taste is awful.
I got espresso kiss. I wouldn't call it a gloss. Its definitely thicker. The pigment is good but doesn't last long. The thing that makes it a no go for me is the taste and smell. Once it's in your mouth, you can't get it out. Its bad.

Rather disappointed in the color. Berry Haze is more of a nude-ish color. The berry color is very, very faint and - on my lips - practically non-existent. This color did not work for me as I have naturally rosy lips. Aside from little color payoff, it didn't really last long. It was gone within a short period of time... maybe an hour.
